Lauren Hill and Varatip “V” Johnson are the powerhouse duo behind The Order Project, combining years of industry expertise with personal insight. Both are accomplished executives and working moms who understand the demands of balancing careers and family life. Through their own experiences, they’ve perfected the art of designing spaces and consumer products that are both functional and beautiful—a passion they’re eager to share with others.
The Order Project emerged from their shared journey of navigating the chaos of daily life. What began as conversations about the struggles of managing it all evolved into a creative drive to transform cluttered spaces. Whether tackling a single drawer or reimagining an entire pantry or closet, Lauren and V became the trusted go-to organizers for friends and family, known for their design-forward, practical solutions.
Their mission is clear: to help others feel “on TOP of it all.” By blending thoughtful design with practical organization, Lauren and V create lasting solutions that are stylish, functional, and manageable. With The Order Project, they bring a refreshing balance of elegance and everyday usability to every space and product idea they touch.

I live in Mansfield, Texas, with my husband, Tamarick (aka “Tea”) and our two kids Ryann and Parker. I was a Chemistry major when I entered college and then decided I didn’t want to wear a lab coat to work - true story. So, I changed to business, which was probably for the best.
FUN FACTS ABOUT ME:
1. I am the proudest member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of…well, let’s not call out the year. Howdy Ags!
2. I am TERRIFIED of ANY type of bug, yes, even flies. I run or scream or a little of both.
3. Your girl loves country music. Blame my dad for that one.
4. I’m not too fond of color. Give me all black, all day, every day. See exhibit A - my headshot.
5. I’m an only child. Not hard to guess that one, huh?
6. A good Macaroon always brightens my day.
7. Watching Sex and the City is my favorite pastime.
8. I’m addicted to shoes - not regular ones, fancy ones.
Varatip Johnson, Co-founder
I live in Mansfield, Texas, with my husband, Charles (aka “CJ”) and our two kids Landon and Layla. I was a mass communications major and wanted to be a TV anchor until my dad burst my dream bubble when he asked me how many Asians were on local TV (sad, but true). So I switched to a more riveting major, accounting.
FUN FACTS ABOUT ME:
1. My favorite color is blue, but my closet is 90% black.
2. I love all things pop culture, and all my girlfriends give me grief about my taste in music (they legit hate my playlists).
3. Google is my friend. I constantly google anything and everything. Hey, knowledge is power!
4. I love all things British. The Royal Family, afternoon tea, and period pieces are my jam! Who gives their girlfriends a lesson in the British peerage system before watching Bridgerton? Me!!!
5. I’m a hardcore baseball and volleyball mom. I’m basically Landon and Layla’s agent.
6. I’m also an allergy mom. Layla is highly allergic to wheat and nuts. Her smile is my everything, and changing our eating habits to make her world safer is well worth it!
7. I like to watch movies on my phone while in the shower. I mean, it’s my only real “me” time of the day, and my iPhone is water-resistant!
8. Family means everything to me. I love my huge melting pot, “United Nations” extended fam!
